The (VR) Virtual Roller Coaster – Interactive Experience has received a major upgrade for 2026, bringing an even more exciting and immersive attraction to events in Cincinnati, Ohio and the Tri-State area. This first-of-its-kind, portable, arcade-style VR roller coaster simulator by Rilix uses the latest virtual reality technology and advanced VR headsets to deliver a mind-blowing amusement park–style roller coaster experience anywhere your event takes place.
Riders sit inside the bright coaster car, put on the VR headset, and are instantly transported into incredible virtual worlds. The upgraded ride now features interactive gameplay, allowing riders to aim, react, and engage with targets and environments as the coaster twists, drops and speeds through thrilling scenes. The coaster car syncs with the visuals to create a fully immersive roller coaster simulator experience.
Each ride is a 3-minute journey and accommodates one or two riders at a time, making it an exciting attraction for guests of all ages. The system includes multiple intensity levels, allowing the experience to be enjoyed by kids, teens and adults alike.
The newly upgraded coaster also includes a front-facing display screen so spectators can watch the rider’s virtual adventure in real time, building excitement and drawing crowds. For even greater visibility at larger events, an additional TV and stand can be added to the rental, for an additional fee, so more guests can enjoy the action while waiting their turn.
The VR Roller Coaster features 16 different themed experiences, and each rental can select up to 10 adventures for their event. From thrilling coaster rides to interactive action environments, this customizable attraction keeps guests coming back for more.
