DELIVERY DRIVER/CREW LEADER:  $16 – $18 per hour + seasonal overtime

  • A-1 Amusement & Party Rental is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver/Crew Leader. Using our vehicles, the delivery driver will be servicing our existing customer base. Deliveries are local. We are located at 17 Sunnybrook Drive in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will be driving company owned trucks up to 24’ but a CDL is NOT required.We love to work hard and play harder. Our team is family friendly, high energy, hardworking and dedicated. Our Delivery Drivers/Crew Leaders are a key part of our team. Assuring the equipment is delivered to our clients safely, on time and with a smile. We are looking for someone who wants to be with us for a long time.   • RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    • Pulling Orders from warehouse
    • Loading and unloading trucks
    • Deliver, set-up, take-down and pick-up equipment for parties and other events
    • Clean, maintain and organize equipment in warehouse
    • Demonstrates safe and efficient driving skills and is courteous and cooperative
    • Responsible for Maintaining vehicle in a clean, orderly fashion
    • Ability to drive non-CDL box trucks, operate lift gate and properly secure equipment. A CDL is NOT required.
    • Willing to work a flexible schedule during busy season, which will include nights and weekends (Busy season is March through October)
  • REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
    • Clean cut, professional appearance
    • Timely and dependable
    • Non-smoker preferred
    • Good communication skills: Ability to provide, understand and complete instructions furnished in written, oral or demonstrated form
    • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
    • Must have a full range of motion and dexterity – be able to stoop, crouch, bend, lift, lower, reach, twist, pull, push, cart and carry items
    • Must be able to lift heavy equipment (up to 70 lbs.) frequently
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
    • Must be able to pass a background check and DOT drug screen
    • Knowledge of area roads and ability to adjust route in response to traffic or weather conditions

INSIDE SALES/OFFICE: $14 – $16 per hour + seasonal overtime

  • A-1 Amusement & Party Rental is seeking a full-time Inside Sales/Office/Party Rental Event Specialist. This position will be responsible for daily office work and interactions with customers and potential customers to ensure that their rental experience is high quality. This is a long term inside sales position for an individual with strong customer service skills and experience. Hours are 8:30AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with flexible and overtime hour options during busy season (May through August).We love to work hard and play harder. Our team is family friendly, high energy, hardworking and dedicated. Our Inside Sales/ Office/ Party Rental Event Specialists are a key part of our team. Assuring our customers receive the highest quality of customer service and support in planning all aspects of their event. We are looking for someone who wants to be with us for a long time.   • RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    • Answering inbound phone calls and helping to plan events with customers
    • Filling out and filing paperwork
    • Faxing, copying, checking and sending emails
    • Maintaining cash drawer and daily money balances
    • Create and share promotional flyers and offers to existing and new customers through mail, email or phone calls
    • Reach out to our existing customer base and prospective customers to assist with upcoming rental needs
    • Basic cleaning: sweeping, vacuuming and cleaning office bathrooms
    • This is NOT a telemarketing position
  • REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
    • Good communication skills: Verbal and Written
    • Strong computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office Programs, Email, and PDFs.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills relating to work and personal elements
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
    • Must be a team player, willing to be part of a close knit group to make things run smoothly
    • Friendly, helpful demeanor, positive disposition, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
    • Punctual and dependable
    • Smoke-Free Office

WAREHOUSE/CLEANING: $11 – $13 per hour + seasonal overtime

  • RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
    • Cleaning all rental equipment
    • Servicing and maintaining rental equipment, when necessary
    • Basic housekeeping in the warehouse: collecting garbage, sweeping, mopping, cleaning the warehouse bathroom
    • Assisting with pulling orders from warehouse for deliveries
    • Assisting with loading and unloading trucks
  • REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
    • Timely and dependable
