Tent FAQs

Whether you’re planning a wedding, graduation party, or just a backyard BBQ, we have something for you! Help us help you and figure out which tent is best for your event! First, ask yourself a few questions:

  • Where am I setting up?
    • Pole tents must be set up in grass, as they are held up by tension.
    • Frame Tents can be set up on Grass or Hard surfaces (driveway, parking lot, turf, etc.).
      • If setting up on grass, we will use stakes to secure.
      • If setting up on a hard surface, we will secure with water ballasts.
      • You are responsible for the water source to fill the ballasts, if you set up on a hard surface.
  • How many people am I expecting?
    • A 20×20 tent can comfortably hold approximately:
      • (4) 8′ banquet tables
      • (40) people
      • (40) chairs
    • A 20×30 tent can comfortably hold approximately:
      • (6) 8′ banquet tables
      • (60) people
      • (60) chairs
    • A 20×40 (pole tent only) comfortably holds approximately:
      • (8) 8′ banquet tables
      • (80) people
      • (80) chairs
  • Do I need a lot of open space?  The frame tents do not have the pole in the middle, so there is “so much room for activities!”🧑🏻‍🦱🧑🏼‍🦱
  • What does my budget look like? Pole tents are more budget friendly and can even be picked up to save on delivery fees!
  • Can I set up the tent by myself?  
    • The Frame tents require delivery, which includes set up and tear down of the tents.
    • The 20×30 and 20×40 Pole tents can be picked up to save additional fees or delivered.
      • If you opt for delivery of a pole tent, the set up and tear down is not included. You can choose to add on labor for an additional fee, or to set up on your own.
      • The 20×20 Pole tent alone, does not meet the delivery minimum. You can do the set up on your own for this.
      • If you are picking up the tents, or having them delivered but not adding the labor, we provide you with a set of written instructions.
  • Do I need sides? The frame tents have side walls that can be rented separately to add privacy and protection.
  • What are all my options: big and small?
